Madh Canyon is the result of what once was a great river. Now on the sloping bottom there runs only a small stream. The stream runs through Kielieshitu Forest and steadily makes its way to Verlore Moeras. The canyon is deepest halfway between the forest and the marsh, and there the walls of the canyon almost completely close off the top. Where the walls are farther apart, growth flourishes and many different types of plant and animal life are found there. The stream and the canyon end in a waterfall crashing into Verlore Moeras. During winter, spring and fall the canyon often has flash floods as a result of heavy rain, and in summer the weather becomes hot and the stream almost disappears completely.
