Despenhar Sea is a wicked sea. Its waves crash hard on the edge of Yiosun Plateau. The sea’s surface is temperamental, calm one minute and raging the next. Toward the shore the sea floor gradually rises, though there are large pits in the middle of shallow water that forces a dragon to take care where he steps. In the spring, summer, and winter, the sea is its usual angry self, but in fall truly terrible tempests rage across Despenhar Sea.
